Recommend travel eSIMs to the travellers you meet — and get paid every time they buy.

How it works

Get your link and QR code. Create a free account in the RingAbroad app. Your personal link and printable QR poster are under Settings → Refer & Earn.
Share it with travellers. Show the QR in your taxi, at the hostel desk, or send the link on WhatsApp. They buy their eSIM in a couple of minutes — no account or app needed.
Earn when they buy. Every eSIM they buy through your link earns you commission — not just the first one.

What you earn

Up to 20% of every eSIM your referrals buy, for 12 months after they join.
Up to 5% of eSIMs bought by people they refer — so if you bring in a hotel or another driver, you earn on their customers too.
$2 when someone you refer makes their first calling top-up of $5 or more.

"Up to" because on the cheapest small packages our margin is thin, so commission is capped — on a typical $10 eSIM you get the full 20%.

When you get paid

eSIM commission shows as Pending in the app and clears 14 days after the traveller activates their eSIM. If an order is refunded, its commission is cancelled.

The $2 calling bonus is added as soon as their top-up goes through.

How you get paid

Choose calling credit (use it for your own calls home) or cash.

Cash is paid by PayPal, bank transfer or EcoCash once you've earned $10.

Example: a taxi driver

Tendai shows his QR code to his passengers. 20 travellers a month buy a $10 eSIM through his link.

20 × $2.00 (20% of $10) = $40 a month — about $480 a year (prices and commission vary by package).
If 5 of them later buy a second eSIM on another trip within the year, that's another $10.
If Tendai brings a friend who also refers 20 travellers a month, Tendai earns 20 × $0.50 = $10 a month more.
